Why Is My Payment Not Going Through?

💳 If your payment isn’t processing during checkout, here are a few things to check before trying again:

Common Issues:

  • ❌ Card declined: Check that your card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered correctly
  • 🔒 Bank block: Sometimes your bank may flag the charge — try calling them or using another card
  • 🌐 Weak internet connection: Payment may not go through if the page reloads or stalls

🛠️ Try reloading the page or switching browsers (Chrome is best). You can also attempt the checkout from a different device.
