What If a Renter Damages Something?
🛠️ While most bookings go smoothly, occasional issues can arise. If a renter damages your property during their session, here’s what to do:
- 📸 Take clear photos of the damage as soon as possible
- 💬 Message the renter through CageList to discuss the issue
- 📩 Contact help@cagelist.com with a summary and any documentation
While CageList doesn’t currently offer built-in damage insurance, we’ll support you in resolving the issue directly with the renter and can take action if someone violates the platform’s policies.
💡 Clear rules, communication, and pre- and post-session photos go a long way in preventing and handling incidents.
