What If a Renter Cancels?
Renters can cancel a booking directly through their CageList dashboard.
Here’s what happens if they do:
- 📩 You’ll receive a cancellation notification via email and dashboard
- 💰 If the cancellation is within your set cancellation window, you’ll still receive partial or full payout
- 🔁 The time slot becomes available for other renters to book again
We encourage clear cancellation policies and communication to avoid confusion. If the cancellation is last-minute, you may want to message the renter and offer alternative times.
