What Happens If Someone Doesn’t Show Up?

If a renter doesn’t show up for their scheduled session and doesn’t cancel in advance, it’s treated as a no-show.

Here’s what you should know:

🚫 No-shows are not eligible for refunds unless stated in your cancellation policy
💰 You’ll still receive your payout as long as your policy was followed
📩 You can message the renter through CageList if you want to offer a reschedule (optional)

Hosts are not required to wait past the scheduled start time. We recommend documenting the no-show in case any disputes arise.
