My Booking Didn’t Go Through — What Should I Do?

😕 If you tried to book a cage but something didn’t work, we’ll help you troubleshoot and confirm the issue.

First, check for these:

  • 💳 Payment declined: Make sure your card info is correct or try a different card
  • 📆 Availability issue: The host may not have availability for the time you selected
  • 📥 No confirmation email: If you didn’t get an email, the booking likely didn’t complete
