🔒 CageList takes safety seriously, but it’s important to understand what is and isn’t covered as a host.
Currently, CageList does not provide a built-in host protection policy like insurance or damage coverage. However, we offer tools and best practices to help minimize risk:
- 🧾 Require renters to agree to the official CageList Liability Waiver
- 📋 Add clear rules to your listing to set expectations
- 📸 Document the condition of your space with photos
- 🤝 Communicate clearly and confirm details before the session
💡 We’re working on a future host protection plan — but for now, the best protection is transparency, preparation, and clear communication.
