How Do I Accept or Decline a Booking?

When a renter submits a booking request, you’ll be notified by email and in your CageList dashboard.

Here’s how to respond:

  1. 📲 Log into your CageList dashboard
  2. 🗓️ Click the booking request from your notification panel
  3. 🔍 Review the requested date, time, and renter’s message
  4. ✅ Click “Accept” or ❌ “Decline”

Once accepted, the booking is confirmed and the renter is charged. If declined, the renter won’t be charged and can search for other availability.
