Can I Cancel a Booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking, but we encourage hosts to only do so when absolutely necessary. Frequent cancellations may affect your visibility on CageList and renter trust.
🚫 Valid Reasons for Cancelling:
- Weather-related safety concerns
- Facility damage or emergency maintenance
- Scheduling conflicts outside your control
📲 How to Cancel:
- Log into your CageList dashboard
- Go to the booking in question
- Click “Cancel” and leave a short explanation for the renter
We recommend messaging the renter directly and offering alternative options if possible.
